Partnership Administrative Assistant Position Summary:

Chetu is seeking a bilingual Sales Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and minor technical support for our Partnerships teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment. This position is based out of our Sunrise, FL headquarters and will not require travel.

Partnership Administrative Assistant Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports from our company's CRM
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Gather data and capture the information into databases
  • Answering emails, phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of administrative experience or related functions
  • English fluency required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred, but not required
  • Must be self-disciplined and organized
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Eager to learn and implement processes and procedures
  • CRM-related experience is a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type:

  • Salary: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
