Duties


  • Identifying organizations like Avis, DoorDash, WeWork, and HeadSpace — who Deel should form benefit partnerships with and building relationships with them
  • Closing and managing partners whom would provide discounts, perks, services, or products to Deel users, generating another revenue stream for partnerships team
  • Ideating, launching and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product and Operations to drive partnership growth
  • Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L

Requirements


  • You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills
  • You have a way with words and can write email copy to leadership at market leading organizations
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
  • You have a strong understanding of the perks, rewards, and benefits space


We’d especially love to speak with you if


  • You have worked for an HR or Fintech company
  • You’ve worked at a fast-growing startup
  • You’ve built a marketplace of rewards, discounts, benefits, or perks
  • You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
  • You have 2+ years of experience in any form of sales/partnership role
