Partnerships Coordinator

The Opportunity

Everyday Health Group’s Pregnancy and Parenting group is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Coordinator to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will support management of our strategic partnerships in our clinical research recruitment business and other new business lines. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead management of new and existing partners and campaigns to ensure best-in-class execution and to maximize performance as measured via KPIs
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients in coordinating campaign execution, tracking performance and making strategic recommendations
  • Maintain campaign reporting (internal and client-facing) and support team in analyzing performance data to share with clients and optimize results
  • Provide high quality customer service and foster client relationships to maintain and increase revenue
  • Liaise cross-functionally with client success, product, analytics, editorial, creative, finance, and others to ensure smooth execution of campaign deliverables
  • Manage monthly financial processes for the team, including client billing and freelance budgets
  • Provide recommendations for new project management best practices and processes, and help improve the Business Development team’s operations overall
  • Support the identification and execution of strategic growth opportunities via new partnership and/or emerging business development projects as needed
  • Demonstrate passion and flexibility to contribute to the Business Development team’s responsibilities in multiple capacities as work streams evolve


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years experience in a media planning, marketing, patient recruitment or partnerships role
  • Understanding of the media landscape and common digital media revenue streams
  • Experience working in healthcare and more specifically, clinical research is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and gain alignment with key stakeholders
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities effectively and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to think big-picture and also pay close attention to detail
  • Analytical and data-driven; ability to distill data from many inputs to key points and make recommendations
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation for this business unit specific role is based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, as well as business & company performance.
