Marketing Specialist

Passionfashion is a leader in B2B high-quality metal jewelry components in the fast fashion industry, combining nearly five decades of experience with state-of-the-art product design and manufacturing exporting capabilities in the EU and US Market. As we grow, we are building a dedicated marketing function for the first time, and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to lead this transformation. This is a unique opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and play a key role in guiding the products we develop based on deep international market insights in a speed – to – market global fashion jewelry trends.

What You Will Do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and resonates with our target B2B international audience.
Build reports for buying patterns and market data, translating these insights into recommendations for product adjustments to meet customer demands and new product opportunities according to market trends.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.
Work closely with management team regarding pricing strategies.
Create cohesive brand messaging across all platforms and means, ensuring that all communications reflect a unified brand identity.
Manage social media and digital content strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product and marketing strategies
Fluent in English
