Patient Advocate and Volunteer Services Coordinator in the Patient Experience Office
The Department of Patient Relations and Volunteer Services is responsible for providing open lines of communication and complaint resolution, and for operating the Hospital Volunteer Program. This includes the interview, orientation, recruitment and retention of adult and youth volunteers. The Patient Advocate / Volunteer Coordinator would report directly to the Director of Patient Relations and Volunteer Services and would be responsible for assisting in the overall goals and objectives of the Department.
