Patient Care Assistant

Position Description

This position provides simple routine patient care ( vitals signs, etc.) within his/her level of training and functions with direction from licensed personnel in the practice site. Also responsible for exam room preparation and upkeep (cleaning), transportation, maintenance of environment and security, upholding Customer Service Standards, Patient and Family-Centered Care Standards and MCG Health, Inc. Rules of Conduct.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization. Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
