About This Job
As an Employee Engagement Manager at Patra, you will work to enhance the employee experience and build a sense of community for our North American team. Your goal will be to support and strengthen our culture by implementing key engagement initiatives and ensuring all employees feel part of one global team.
At a Glance, You Will
• Create programs that connect employees to each other and our values.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders, Learning and Development, Talent, and HR to ensure a positive and engaging employee experience.
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives that nurture a positive work culture, foster teamwork, and celebrate achievements
• Design, implement, and oversee remote workforce engagement and retention programs with the Director of Employee Engagement.
• Analyze data and metrics related to employee engagement to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Responsibilities
Knows the Business:
• Design and implement the employee engagement program and manage the annual budget.
• Manage the internal recognition platform “Patra Place.”
• Oversee employee engagement surveys, analyze trends, and communicate results.
• Design and draft internal communications using HubSpot and Canva.
• Demonstrate a passion for employee engagement, company culture, and creating a unique employee experience.
• Understand the different needs and challenges of each department and tailor team-specific solutions.
Leads Others
• Manage the annual employee giving campaigns via Bright Funds.
• Organize employee events and monthly engagement activities (e.g., Half-hour Hangouts).
• Exhibit strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and wear many hats as part of a small team.
• Be able to influence employees at all levels of the organization without direct authority.
• Demonstrate a high degree of organization to maintain the department SharePoint site.
Accountable
• Use independent judgment and be comfortable making project management decisions.
• Manage Patra-branded merchandise and new hire/baby gift orders.
• Track the annual department budget and assist in annual budget planning efforts.
• Demonstrate a “figure-it-out” mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Team Player
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assist with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program in an administrative capacity.
• Have a strong command of language, both verbal and written, to facilitate hosting duties and employee communications.
• Work collaboratively with employees across different geographies and organizational levels.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a human resources-related field with a focus on employee engagement.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Technical Proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Outlook, Zoom, Canva, and social media platforms.

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
• Ability to operate independently with autonomy.
Working Conditions
• Work from home; must have fast broadband access
