Fullstack Engineer, Fan Acquisition

We’re leaders in the membership space with 250,000+ active creators and over $3.5 billion paid directly to creators on our platform. Our team is building tools to optimize the creator-to-fan relationship, including native video, enhanced podcasting features, improved creation tools, and new community experiences. We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the most talented team in the Creator Economy and are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to support our mission.

This role is based in San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

• Own and deliver well-scoped full stack product feature milestones that help fans find creators they love 

• Drive technical design of components that are scalable, well tested and are easy to maintain 

• Advocate for best patterns and practices in the areas of system design, performance, observability and testing.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers, and other engineers to deliver high quality features.

• Champion innovative solutions that enhance the usability and engagement with discovery features 

About You

• 3+ years of experience in software development

• Strong experience with Python or a similar language

• Experience with Typescript or Javascript

• Experience with SQL

• Solid communication skills with cross-functional team members

• Eager to take on new challenges and expand skill set
