This role is based in New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Creator Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing creator-centric campaigns that bring creators’ worlds to life, builds trust, and helps drive understanding and adoption of our growing suite of creator tools. You’ll work closely with Patreon creators, internal team members and outside partners, you’ll develop and execute insights-led campaign strategies that span formats and channels. You'll influence and lead, working in partnership with multiple internal and external stakeholders to effectively guide each project to completion. And, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the campaigns workflow, building the right systems and processes so we can operate more efficiently and at scale. The right candidate for this role is obsessed with insights, impactful storytelling, and craft. Lead the development of campaign marketing strategies and executional plans for creator-centric campaigns, ensuring all activity is linked directly to business goals.
Schedule kick-offs, manage meetings, due dates, and asset delivery for each campaign.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships both internally and externally to strengthen collaboration and ensure stakeholders are appropriately woven throughout development and production of creative, including weekly cross-functional and core team meetings.
Clearly communicate and manage overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
Plan, handle, and communicate efficient internal and external workflows, and work on its improvements.
Manage internal creative resources and agency partners, operationalizing in a way to support the volume without sacrificing creative quality.
Create project hubs and templates for efficient workflow.
Independently own budgets, timelines and vendor relationships.
Oversee campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying ways to optimize or expand a campaign’s impact.
Develop case studies and campaign retrospectives to uncover learnings to improve future outcomes and showcase our ROI.
Stay current with the latest industry trends and news including media, marketing, and streaming innovations and proactively share opportunities with the team
About You
8+ years of experience developing and driving insight-fueled marketing strategies and plans at an agency or consumer brand.
Strong understanding of how to compose inspiring and innovative creative and research briefs for a variety of campaign needs.
Experience managing creative, complex and multi-channel campaigns in concert with a variety of cross-functional teams like product marketing, creative, editorial, social and production teams.
Track record for leading development of global marketing campaigns, application of research and insights, brand strategy, and campaign measurement and reporting.
Ability to pivot and adapt to changing market trends and platform dynamics.
Prior experience with message and creative testing to improve resonance and efficacy of the creative work.
Ability to shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking.
Ability to build global, creative programs and deliver high-quality work on time alongside excellent program management skills.
Passion for the creator economy, and familiarity with the role Patreon plays in empowering creators to directly connect with their fans and make a living from their art
