Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview Danish-speaking candidates for job openings in their native language.

Conduct thorough assessments to determine candidates' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with specific job requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain a strong network of Danish-speaking professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation.
Familiarity with the Consumer Services industry is a plus.
