Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and screen potential candidates for job openings
• Conduct interviews and assessments
• Proactively build a network of qualified candidates
• Maintain communication and provide updates to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide relevant insights
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in the recruitment database
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and quality of hires

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
