As a consultant, you will provide tailored support, expert advice, and hands-on training to ensure our clients achieve their goals. Your Responsibilities
- Offer consultancy and support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding our artificial intelligence offerings.
- Assess client needs and deliver customized AI solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Document client requests and interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates in AI technologies.
- Team up with the sales department to help achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in a consultancy or technical support role is preferred.
- A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset.
- Analytical skills to effectively address client challenges.
