We are currently looking for a Czech Speaking Consultant for our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about business software and customer relationship management systems, and who seek to assist clients in enhancing their software capabilities for optimal business performance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Czech-speaking clients to assess their needs related to business software and CRM solutions.
- Provide expert consultation on the implementation and optimization of business software and CRM systems.
- Analyze clients’ existing software frameworks and provide tailored recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful integration and configuration of software solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to maximize the effective use of their software.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative and relevant solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through outstanding service and ongoing support.
- Fluency in Czech and English; any additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, business software applications, and relevant technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software integration methodologies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
