Responsibilities
- Engage with Flemish-speaking clients to identify their business software and CRM needs.
- Provide knowledgeable consultation on the selection, implementation, and optimization of business software and CRM solutions.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ existing systems and provide tailored recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective integration and configuration of software solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enable clients to leverage their software effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide innovative solutions that align with client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional support and communication.
- Fluency in Flemish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Proven experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, business software applications, and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software integration processes is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and clients effectively.
