Responsibilities
- Engage with French-speaking clients to assess their business software and CRM needs.
- Provide expert consultations on the implementation and optimization of business software and CRM solutions.
- Analyze clients’ existing software infrastructure and offer tailored solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of software solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to effectively utilize their business software.
- Stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exemplary service and ongoing support.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and business software applications.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with project management tools and software integration processes.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
