In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging online environment for French-speaking users by moderating and managing social media content effectively.

Responsibilities

Monitor and moderate user-generated content on various social media platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines and standards.
Engage with users by responding to comments and inquiries, fostering a positive and interactive community experience.
Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams for further action.
Research and stay updated on current trends and topics relevant to the French-speaking audience to enhance engagement and interaction.
Collaborate with content teams to provide insights and suggestions for improved community content and engagement strategies.
Compile reports on user interactions and content performance to assist in strategic decision-making.
Keep abreast of changes in social media policies and best practices for effective moderation.

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their user engagement dynamics.
Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
Proficiency with content moderation tools and analytics software.
Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote work environment.
