Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, banking transactions, and service-related questions.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with the banking team to address complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
• Educate clients about banking policies and new product offerings to improve client engagement.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and operational enhancements.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in customer support, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
