Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via instant messaging on various social media platforms promptly and courteously.
Help users troubleshoot and address their concerns regarding social media functionalities and account management.
Deliver accurate information and promote products/services to enhance customer engagement.
Engage with users to build and maintain a positive and interactive community on social media.
Document customer interactions in the CRM while tracking trends and common issues.
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of social media developments to better assist users and provide relevant updates.

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, especially within social media support, is advantageous.
Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on real-time user engagement.
Familiarity with CRM systems and instant messaging tools.
Ability to operate effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required to manage diverse user inquiries.
