In this vital role, you will be dedicated to providing outstanding support to our Nordic-speaking customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfying.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for Nordic-speaking clients, delivering exceptional support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Document all interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive client records.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
Stay updated on our services and products to offer informed advice and recommendations to customers.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive remote work environment by sharing insights and best practices.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a supportive team culture.

Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
Proficient in problem-solving with a strong focus on customer experience.
Comfortable using remote working tools and CRM software efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setting.
