Nordic Speaking Customer Support for the Banking Industry - Remote in Greece

We are looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking Industry to work remotely. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about finance and customer service who enjoy helping Nordic-speaking clients with their banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and financial products.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups on outstanding matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex customer queries and improve service delivery.
• Educate clients about banking processes, new offerings, and security practices.
• Gather feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
