Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to their financial accounts, transactions, and services.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding financial products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and troubleshooting requests efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experiences.
• Stay updated on financial services, regulations, and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously to ensure comprehensive records.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A keen interest in finance and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
