Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation to Nordic-speaking clients on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) tactics.
Support customers in leveraging search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising campaigns.
Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for enhancements.
Conduct training and workshops for clients on best practices in search engine marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of client strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and digital marketing advancements.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is advantageous.
Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer support.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaboratively as part of a team.
