Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels and accommodation providers to ensure top-tier service.
Tackle any client inquiries or special requests promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Document all client interactions accurately within the booking system.
Stay informed about local accommodations and trends in the hospitality industry to provide informed recommendations.

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel-related positions is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
Ability to effectively manage client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Proficient in using booking systems and customer relationship management software.
