This role is perfect for motivated individuals who have a passion for customer service and the hospitality industry. You will play a vital role in assisting French-speaking clients with their accommodation needs, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience while handling their bookings from anywhere in Greece.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients in their search for accommodation options.
  • Efficiently manage the booking process, including inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Deliver comprehensive information about accommodation policies, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels and accommodation providers to ensure top-tier service.
  • Tackle any client inquiries or special requests promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all client interactions accurately within the booking system.
  • Stay informed about local accommodations and trends in the hospitality industry to provide informed recommendations.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel-related positions is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Proficient in using booking systems and customer relationship management software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a remote team.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to help clients find their ideal accommodations.
