Responsibilities
- Engage with Spanish-speaking clients to evaluate their business software and CRM requirements.
- Deliver expert consultations on the selection, deployment, and optimization of business software and CRM systems.
- Perform in-depth analyses of clients’ existing software infrastructure and offer tailored solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless configuration and integration of software solutions for clients.
- Conduct training and workshops to help clients effectively utilize their chosen business software and CRM tools.
- Stay informed on industry developments to furnish innovative and effective solutions to clients.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through exemplary service and follow-up support.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Proven experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and business software platforms.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex solutions for clients.
- Experience with project management and software integration processes.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
