Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries efficiently, offering solutions that meet their needs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Educate customers about our services, helping them navigate our offerings to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the customer service team to share insights and improve service quality.
• Solicit and analyze customer feedback to help drive enhancements in our products and services.
• Participate in training sessions to develop your customer service skills and knowledge of our product offerings.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and effective customer support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
