Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to coffee machines and accessories.
• Assist customers with selecting the right products, troubleshooting any issues, and providing guidance on machine usage and maintenance.
• Manage order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain detailed service records.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and coffee industry trends to provide accurate information.
• Proactively gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer goods or home appliance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee machines is a plus.
