This role allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Greece while assisting travelers in planning and booking their perfect trips around the world.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, itinerary changes, and ensure they have a seamless experience.
• Provide support with issues related to cancellations, refunds, and travel policies.
• Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, seeking effective resolutions.
• Keep up to date with the latest travel trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive service records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry or online services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A passion for travel and helping others plan their journeys.
