Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking banking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and a variety of banking products and services.
• Guide clients on banking procedures, policies, and compliance requirements effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex banking inquiries and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest banking products and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in customer service software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
