Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to jewelry products, order statuses, and after-sales service.

Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.
