Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
• Engage with users by providing timely responses to comments and inquiries, fostering a positive community experience.
• Detect and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams for action.
• Research current trends and topics of interest to the Spanish-speaking audience to enhance user engagement.
• Work collaboratively with content teams to contribute ideas for relevant and engaging community content.
• Compile insights and reports on user interactions and content performance to inform strategy.
• Remain updated on changes in social media policies and best practices within the industry.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their users.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to approach sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
• Proficient in content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
• Able to effectively manage tasks and work independently in a remote work environment.
