This role is perfect for those with a passion for digital media who enjoy helping customers enhance their streaming experiences from the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking users facing issues with video streaming services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to video playback, account management, and subscription inquiries.
• Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities to improve their overall experience.
• Document customer interactions and track resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to address more complex user issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide accurate support and assistance.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to support product improvements and enhancements.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the streaming or digital media industry.
• Strong technical skills with a good understanding of video streaming technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Great interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist customers effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
