Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to Hungarian-speaking clients
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Provide timely follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to address complex customer situations
• Stay updated on the company's products, services, and policies
• Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
