Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a Hungarian Speaking Customer Advisor for a home office position in Greece. This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive relocation package, covering all expenses associated with the move.

As a Hungarian Speaking Customer Advisor, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to Hungarian-speaking customers. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. The role will involve communicating with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Hungarian to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and after-sales support
  • Offer personalized assistance and recommendations based on customer needs
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer queries and escalations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resolution
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Willingness to work remotely from Greece
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup
  • Valid EU passport or ID
