Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to technology products and services efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with teams to escalate and manage more complex technical issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and improve support skills.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members as needed.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service competencies.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is desirable.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
• A self-motivated and organized individual who can work independently.
