Czech Speaking IT Representatives with full relocation - Remote in Greece

This position includes full relocation support, allowing you to embark on a new journey in a stunning Mediterranean landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to Czech-speaking clients, helping them navigate various IT issues and inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT support to Czech-speaking customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and IT services.
• Assist clients with product setup, installations, and updates.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to continuously improve service delivery.
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance the overall experience.

• Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required.
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-oriented approach with the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
• Capability to work effectively in a remote setting.
