Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products and services.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide customers with comprehensive information and education about financial offerings.
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with a remote team to continuously improve service delivery.
• Stay informed on financial regulations and product knowledge to assist customers accurately.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using technology and remote communication platforms.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with self-discipline.
