Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality technical support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot a range of technology-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Guide customers step-by-step through the troubleshooting process, providing clarity and support.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support database.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify common issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, along with proficient English skills.
• Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is beneficial.
