Deliver high-quality customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Adhere to compliance regulations and company policies when handling customer inquiries.

Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a background in the financial sector is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality.
