Responsibilities

• Deliver first-rate customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly and effectively resolve inquiries related to our products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings to provide accurate assistance.
• Document customer interactions to identify trends and contribute to service enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current on service protocols and product developments.

• Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A friendly and professional demeanor that fosters positive relationships.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
