Responsibilities

Monitor online platforms for potential safety issues impacting German-speaking users.
Respond to user inquiries and reports concerning trust and safety matters promptly.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to foster a secure online community.
Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve trust and safety challenges.
Analyze user data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about the latest industry standards and practices.

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential, along with strong English communication skills.
Prior experience in digital safety, online moderation, or similar roles is preferred.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate risks and develop effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on user safety and trust.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a remote or hybrid setting.
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace new cultural experiences.
