Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
A friendly and professional demeanor that builds positive client relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation costs fully covered.
