Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for the Electronics Company-Remote, Greece

This role allows you to combine your language skills with your love for technology while enjoying the comforts of home.

In this position, you will be the primary contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, providing support for their inquiries related to a range of electronic products. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, offering product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot product-related issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of products to provide accurate guidance.
Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and trends.

Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in electronics, is preferred.
A genuine interest in technology and ability to assist customers effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated attitude.
Able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Willingness to embrace Greek culture while working from this beautiful location.
