Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate assistance.
• Document customer interactions to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A friendly, professional demeanor that fosters positive relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic remote work environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with fully paid relocation expenses covered.
