Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with inquiries regarding product features, specifications, and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently and courteously.
Keep up-to-date with the latest product information to provide accurate support.
Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
Collaborate with team members to optimize the customer experience.
Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics sector, is preferred.
A genuine interest in electronic products and technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing superb customer service.
Willingness to embrace a new cultural experience while living in Greece.
