In this role, you will be the go-to person for Italian-speaking customers, providing them with the support they need to enjoy a seamless online shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring that each customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Handle inquiries related to orders, product information, returns, and website usage.
• Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system to facilitate follow-up and future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Keep up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and fashion industry trends to assist customers effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized and attentive service.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A strong interest in fashion and familiarity with current trends is highly desirable.
