Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and inquiries.
Assist customers with online bookings, changes, and cancellations, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless travel experiences.
Stay informed about travel products, destinations, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction.

Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience in customer service, especially in the travel industry, is preferred.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
