Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services, ensuring customers receive prompt and reliable support.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to track progress and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback to assist in the improvement of services offered.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer care.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• A strong capacity for self-management and working effectively in a remote/office hybrid environment.
