Responsibilities

Moderate and review user-generated content in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Swiftly identify and address inappropriate or harmful content.
Provide clear communication to users regarding moderation actions and community standards.
Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes and share best practices.
Stay informed on cultural trends and issues pertinent to the Nordic online community.
Document moderation activities and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts aimed at process improvement.

Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their content guidelines.
Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
