Nordic Speaking Customer Experience Specialist - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for Nordic-speaking customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Deliver detailed and accurate information regarding our products and services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly while striving to exceed their expectations.
Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop solutions that improve the overall customer experience.
Gather and relay customer feedback to management for service enhancement and innovation.

Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; additional language skills are a plus.
Experience in customer service or a similar support role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong emphasis on customer care.
Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications.
Strong self-management skills and the ability to adapt to a remote working environment.
