Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video streaming services, accounts, and devices.
• Assist customers with account setup, feature exploration, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Stay updated on service changes and industry trends to provide informed support.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the tech or entertainment industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of streaming technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in general computer applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
